New applications for Finnos scanners

The promises made to customers at the outset have been kept, and results have followed. During next year, the Finnos log scanner will be found at a total of around thirty sawmills in Finland, and more than 50 percent of all the raw material for Finnish sawn timber will be sorted automatically with Finnos scanners. The technology is also being sold to other industries. The roof tile factory Ormax Monier already has an X-ray scanner, and the technology can also be applied to the plywood and energy industries.
