Optimizer systems guide each log to its best position and setting, utilizing the log's internal quality. This increases production efficiency and maximizes the use of raw materials.
Optimizer
The Optimizer system optimizes the positioning and orientation of logs. The system includes X-ray unit, allowing log orientation based on internal quality and knot locations. The Optimizer combined with the sorting Fusion measurement system enables the use of fingerprint technology, which can be used for identifying and removing production bottlenecks and making the sawmill’s processes more efficient.
LITE 4e OPTIMIZER
The Lite system optimizes the positioning and orientation of logs. Lite 4e system is designed for outdoor usage and it can be installed outside any build.
LITE 4i OPTIMIZER
The Lite system optimizes the positioning and orientation of logs. Lite 4i system is designed for indoor usage and it can be installed in front of sawline into a tight space due to a small footprint.
OPTIMIZER
The Optimizer software works with all of Finnok's scanner models. Optimizer can be installed upstream of any saw line to perform setting optimization and log rotation.
