Finnos moves to the next phase: AI transformation, agentic solutions and an even stronger focus on growth

Two years later, that decision is paying off.

Despite a challenging market environment, Finnos has strengthened its market position while taking significant technological steps forward. Now it is time to take the next step: a company-wide AI transformation.

Our goal reaches far beyond adding AI to our existing products. We are renewing the way Finnos operates, from processes, tools and ERP systems all the way to the technologies and solutions we offer our customers.

At the heart of the change is our SaS unit, led by Deputy CEO Jani Alatalo. Its task is to lead the agentic revolution both within Finnos and in our customers' businesses, by refining the vast amount of data produced by Finnos measurement technologies into new intelligence, automation and measurable business value.

As we move to the next phase, we are also sharpening our leadership priorities.

Jere Heikkinen returns as CEO to lead the transformation of our organisation and operating models.

Jyri Smagin becomes Chief Sales Officer and takes responsibility for accelerating new customer acquisition globally and for expanding the sales of Finnos' growing technology offering to our existing customers.

At the same time, we are building our organisation even more strongly around the principle that has always been at the core of Finnos: customer experience.

The direction is clear.

More value for customers. Smarter technology. More scalable operations. And AI as part of the whole company, from the way we work all the way to the solutions we deliver to our customers.
