We want to take good care of the personal data you provide. Just as we take care of our customers.

We process personal data for sales and marketing purposes, for purposes related to customer service and customer relationships, and for the development of customer satisfaction and our services. When you submit any form on our online service, the information you provide is transferred to us for processing. 

It is not permitted to submit data of persons under 16 years of age through the forms unless otherwise expressly stated in connection with the form. Personal data is processed by us and by selected personal data processors in protected, secure systems.

Purpose of processing personal data

The contact details of persons in the register are used for the sales promotion purposes of Finnos Oy. The data is also used for marketing measures and other communications. 

Data content of the register

The data content of the register consists of the following information. Depending on the purpose of use, some of the information is mandatory so that the matter can be handled appropriately.

• The person's first name and last name
• The person's contact details (telephone number, email address)
• Additional information (additional information provided by the person, such as a free-form message or feedback)
• Other identifying data (including the person's public IP address)
• Tracking data (tracking data of electronic marketing measures)
• Cookie data

Regular sources of data

Data provided with the person's own consent either through forms on the online service or at sales and demonstration events, as well as material automatically collected by the online service to support the analysis and development of the online service.

Processing, disclosure and retention period of data

Data is processed within and outside the EU or EEA. Data is not disclosed for the use of anyone other than Finnos Oy. Data is retained for as long as the customer relationship can be considered to be in force, and for a reasonable period after the customer relationship has ended.

Principles of protecting the register

The data in the register is located in protected environments in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Electronic Communications.

Right of access and rectification

Every person who has submitted their data to the register has the right to inspect their own data stored in the register and to demand its rectification. A rectification request is made by email to the email address of the contact person. By default, the request is directed at the personal data linked to the email address of the sender of the request, unless the person who sent the request is identified in some other way.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing data concerning them for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, or market and opinion research. If a person wishes to prohibit such activity, they can do so by contacting the data controller by email.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that the processing of data concerning you violates the regulations on the processing of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Our online service uses cookies to improve the user experience (tracking cookies) and to enable the functions available in the service (functional cookies). A cookie is a text file that is stored on the user's computer for a fixed period when visiting a page of the online service. Tracking cookies
