An installation that does not disturb production: what our customers value in Finnos commissioning

The work starts before the equipment arrives

Before the first screw is tightened, we:

• familiarise ourselves with the line and the schedules
• verify software compatibility
• plan the entire installation in advance, step by step

This guarantees that the work on site runs smoothly, without surprises or rush.

Installation without chaos

Finnos equipment is built for sawmill conditions:

• uniform measurement geometry = less adjustment
• software is installed and tested in advance
• a typical installation takes a few days, not weeks

Production continues, and we work alongside it

We do not stop production:

• we work during maintenance shutdowns or quieter periods
• testing is done in parallel with normal production
• staff are trained before the official commissioning

The goal is that the new system is running when you are ready to take it into use.

Support does not end when the light comes on

We do not disappear when the installation is complete:

• remote support and diagnostics are available immediately
• application specialists visit on site
• we monitor the results together and make sure everything works as it should
