Despite a challenging market environment, Finnos has strengthened its market position while making major technological advances. Now, we are taking the next step: a company-wide AI transformation.

Our ambition goes far beyond adding AI to existing products. We are rethinking how Finnos operates — from processes, tools and enterprise systems to the technologies and solutions we deliver to our customers.

At the heart of this transformation is our SaS unit, led by Deputy CEO Jani Alatalo. Its mission is to drive the agentic revolution both inside Finnos and for our customers — turning the vast amount of data generated by Finnos measurement technologies into new intelligence, automation and measurable business value.

As we enter this next phase, we are also sharpening our leadership focus.

Jere Heikkinen returns as CEO to lead the transformation of our organization and operating model.

Jyri Smagin moves into the role of Chief Sales Officer, taking responsibility for accelerating new customer acquisition globally and expanding the adoption of Finnos’ growing technology portfolio among our existing customers.
